Our company history was actually written by you, our clients.

The following is an overview of the most striking events of the last 30 years.

1988 – Hans Hammerschmied is appointed as a tax consultant and founds his own tax consulting firm.

1992 – Hans Hammerschmied takes the auditors’ professional oath.

1993 – The firm is transformed into a professional limited partnership (Mag. Hammerschmied Wirtschaftstreuhand KEG).

1997 – The company relocates to the new office in the 3rd district of Vienna.

2000 – Doris Hohenegger becomes a partner.

2000 – The company is reorganised into Hammerschmied Hohenegger & Partner Wirtschaftsprüfungs Ges.m.b.H.

2003 – Peer review by an external auditor

2004 – HHP becomes an active member of the association of tax consultants and auditors, KS International, which has around 130 members in 60 countries.

2007 – Quality assurance review by an external quality reviewer.

2008 – Christian Rauter becomes the new partner at HHP.

2010 – Quality assurance review by an external quality reviewer.

2010 – Establishment of HHP WP GmbH as a wholly owned subsidiary for the conduct of statutory audits.

2011 – Patricia Hueber becomes a partner at HHP.

2012 – HHP is awarded the basic certificate Audit berufundfamilie by Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth, Dr. Reinhold Mitterlehner.

2014 – Quality assurance review by an external quality reviewer.

2015 – Anita Lukas and Bettina Kirisits join HHP as partners.

2018 – Markus Bader and Maximilian Hammerschmied join HHP as partners.

2019 – The tax consultancy is renamed HHP Steuerberatung GmbH. The audit is called HHP Wirtschaftsprüfung GmbH.

2021 – Foundation of AT Wirtschaftsprüfung GmbH, a subsidiary of HHP Wirtschaftsprüfung GmbH based in Baden

2022– Simone Mayrl and Marie Michelitsch become partners at HHP.
